Which room is suitable for my group size?
Up to 24 guests the Dob Room and the Training Room work best, up to 40 guests the Rumbach or Wesselényi Room, and up to 80 guests the combined Rumbach Space. The room finder on this site instantly shows the suitable rooms for the guest count you enter.
Can the seating layout be changed?
Yes. Every room can be arranged in boardroom, U-shape, classroom or theatre layout. We set the room up in your chosen configuration before the event; the maximum capacity depends on the layout.
Is AV equipment available?
Our rooms offer high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, adjustable lighting and a flipchart, plus — depending on the room — a Smart TV, projector, microphone and built-in amplification. Let us know any special technical requirements in your proposal request.
Can you arrange catering?
Yes. We provide full catering from coffee breaks through business lunches to standing receptions, and we can build a bespoke menu. Vegetarian, gluten-free and other dietary requirements are handled when agreed in advance.
Can attendees stay at Hotel Memories Budapest?
Yes. Hotel Memories Budapest is our partner hotel, so accommodation for attendees can be arranged conveniently next to the event venue. On request we handle the room booking together with your proposal.

Fill in the Request a Proposal form with your date, guest count and event type, or call us on +36 20 620 17 93. On working days we reply shortly with a tailored proposal.
Where is Rumbachspace located?
Rumbachspace is located in central Budapest at Wesselényi utca 4, 1077 Budapest, a few minutes' walk from Deák Ferenc tér and several metro and tram stops.
